Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 24-48hrs. Made to measure items average 7-10 working days or even sooner, depending on the work that is required.

Yes we charge VAT and all our products on our website include VAT.  For sales via our website you will not receive a VAT invoice, please email customer.services@a1mirrors.co.uk with your original order/invoice number and one will be forwarded to you if required. The VAT rate is currently 20%

Standard delivery is FREE on all our items to mainland UK & Nothern Ireland. We offer upgrade options to give more flexibility on delivery times. Please call 0844 884 3123 or email sales@a1mirrors if you wish to send the order elsewhere or require an alternative delivery option.

We currently use Barclaycard's ePDQ service that allows you to safely purchase online using any credit or debit card. When purchasing online your card details are not shared with us.

We strongly recommend that your internet browser is up to date with the lastet version and that security software is also up to date. Older/out of date browsers/software are much more prone to security risks.

Our mirrors are no longer available to view in our showroom due to the ever changing designs and products available. 
You can make arrangements to visit us in our factory to discuss your next project, collect items or drop off templates etc.

Please contact us first before requesting a refund as refunds are dependent on what type of product you have ordered. Please click here to visit our full terms & conditions.

Some of our mirrors will have a plastic film covering the surface to prevent sratches and damage. Please carefully peel the film from the mirror to reveal the finish.

You may cancel an order within 7 days of either placing an order, or 7 days after you've received delivery of your mirror. However, please note that this does not apply to any items made to your specifications (i.e. made to measure mirrors). Please view our full terms & conditions

Yes of course, we can make arrangements for you to collect the item from our factory which is situated 2-3 minutes drive from Bolton Town Centre.
The factory site can be very busy so please contact the team on 0844 884 3123 to make arrangements.

We pride ourselves on offering a superior customer care service - we're customers too so we understand how important it is.

In the first instance, contact us by telephone to make us aware of your concern, we will then suggest that you email us giving as much detail as you can.  We prefer email after our initial conversation as this allows us to document and monitor our customer service.

Whether or not you choose to have your mirror backed with safety film is up to you, however only mirrors with this backing comply with British Safety Standards (BS EN 12600 2(B2)).

We have tested and installed many mirrors of varying sizes around the country using adhesive and safety backing and found there to be no problem. Using the adhesive in the correct way and giving the mirror support whilst the adhesive dries will aid in providing a solid fixing. Please note, that this advice is based on the mirror and safety backing provided by A1 Mirrors Ltd. other suppliers may use different versions that may not be suitable.

Please remember that in order for a mirror to comply with British Safety Standards, it must have a safety film applied to it.
